Shop details are complete fabrications drawings for Steel Bridge components. The components can consist of Girders, Diaphragms, Splice plates, Stiffener, and other required items. Shop details provide all required information to fabricate the various types of components.Information provided on the detailed drawings include member lengths, member sizes, running dimensions as require, reference dimensions, connection details, welding and bolting details, and paint requirement. Detailed cutting diagram are provided for all plates including Cambered web plate, flange plates and connection material plates. All pieces are referenced to an associated setting diagram. Bills of materials are prepared with each detail drawing, material specifications.
